Benevolence
Coordinates fraternal support and assistance for brothers and community members facing hardship, ensuring the chapter lives out its commitment to care for one another.
Budget & Finance
Maintains the chapter's financial records, prepares the annual budget, oversees dues collection, and ensures fiscal accountability in partnership with the Keeper of Exchequer.
By-Laws
Ensures chapter operations adhere to national fraternity guidelines and local bylaws, advises on parliamentary procedure, and manages governance documentation and amendments.
Civic Actions
Promotes voter registration, civic education, and political awareness — partnering with local and regional organizations to advance advocacy efforts throughout the community.
Community Engagement
Builds and sustains partnerships with local nonprofits, civic organizations, and community leaders across Denton County to amplify the chapter's service footprint.
Community Health & Wellness
Organizes health fairs, screenings, and wellness programming for brothers and the community, with a focus on addressing health disparities affecting Black men and families in North Texas.
DLA Award
Manages the chapter's annual awards recognition process — identifying, vetting, and honoring brothers and community members who exemplify achievement and service.
Fundraising, Planning & Events
Plans and executes chapter events including Founders' Day, the Achievement Scholarship Gala, fellowship gatherings, and leads annual fundraising campaigns throughout the fraternal year.
Kappa League
Oversees the chapter's Kappa League youth mentorship program — college prep workshops, career development, life skills, and the DLA Guide Right initiative for young men in Denton County.
Long Range Planning
Develops the chapter's strategic vision and multi-year goals, evaluates performance metrics, and recommends initiatives to strengthen the chapter's long-term impact and sustainability.
Marketing & Advertising
Manages the chapter's brand, website, social media channels, email communications, and digital presence to keep brothers and the broader community informed and engaged.
Military Veterans Affairs Commission
Advocates for and supports veteran brothers within the chapter, coordinates veteran-focused programming, and connects members with resources and recognition they have earned through service.
Nominations & Elections
Oversees the annual officer nomination and election process, ensures compliance with fraternity election guidelines, and maintains the integrity of chapter governance transitions.
Reclamation
Identifies and reconnects with inactive brothers, facilitating their return to active participation in chapter life and reinforcing the bonds of fraternal brotherhood.
Reengagement
Builds pathways for brothers to re-engage with chapter programming, committees, and service — ensuring every member has a meaningful place in the chapter's work.
Retreat
Plans and coordinates chapter retreats focused on brotherhood, strategic planning, and renewal — providing brothers with dedicated time for reflection, bonding, and growth.
Senior Kappa Affairs
Supports and honors the chapter's elder brothers, coordinates Senior Kappa recognition programming, and ensures the wisdom and legacy of longtime members remains central to chapter life.

Develops and executes the chapter's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — creating content that celebrates brotherhood, highlights events, and grows community reach.

Webmaster & Tech
Maintains the chapter's website, digital infrastructure, and technical platforms — ensuring the chapter's online presence is current, functional, and reflects the chapter's mission.
Foundation / 501(c)(3)
Serves as the chapter's liaison to its charitable foundation and 501(c)(3) operations — coordinating grant opportunities, compliance, and philanthropic giving initiatives.
NPHC
Represents the chapter within the National Pan-Hellenic Council, fostering collaboration and unity among the Divine Nine organizations in the Denton-Lewisville area.
Silhouettes
Maintains the chapter's relationship with the Silhouettes, the associate body of Kappa Alpha Psi, supporting joint programming, events, and community engagement activities.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Serves as the chapter's liaison to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, coordinating fundraising campaigns, awareness events, and community giving initiatives on behalf of the chapter.
