Hazing, Bullying, and Respect Policy
The Zeta Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. maintains a strict policy against hazing, bullying, and any form of disrespect toward individuals seeking information about the organization. All interactions with interested individuals must be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.

Hazing, as defined by the University of North Texas (UNT) Policy 07.013 Hazing and the Texas Statutes Education Code 37.156, is strictly prohibited. If any individual witnesses or experiences hazing, they are encouraged to report the incident immediately to the appropriate authorities, including the UNT administration and the Zeta Upsilon Chapter advisor Sheldon Smith.

 

Non-Application Statement
Submitting this interest form does not constitute an application for membership in the Zeta Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. It is merely a method of collecting information from individuals who wish to be informed about the chapter’s activities. Membership applications and processes are entirely separate and will be communicated through official channels if and when applicable.
